cream of mushroom soup

cream of chicken soup

water (use empty soup can)

Lipton onion soup mix

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread the uncooked Minute rice evenly in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk together both soups and the can of water until smooth.
Pour the soup mixture over the rice, then place chicken breasts on top.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the chicken and dot with butter.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Mix in frozen vegetables or use chicken thighs for variation. Leftovers reheat well.
