Chicken and Bowl

boneless skinless chicken breast
cut into bite-sized pieces

cup
cooked rice
white, brown, or cauliflower rice

cup
mixed vegetables
broccoli, bell peppers, carrots

olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Bang Bang Sauce
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
2
tbsp
sriracha sauce
1
tbsp
honey
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
fresh lime juice
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Steam or sauté vegetables until tender-crisp, about 4–5 minutes.
Toss warm chicken with half of the bang bang sauce.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, vegetables, and drizzle with remaining sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha. Store sauce separately if meal prepping.
