Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large skillet, sauté onions, carrots, and celery for 5–7 minutes until softened.
In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, and cheese.
Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until bubbly and golden around the edges.
Notes
For extra flavor, add mushrooms or use rotisserie chicken. This casserole freezes beautifully, perfect for meal prep.
