Instructions
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and sear for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss in the sauce. Cook on low heat for 1 minute to coat evenly.
Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with extra sauce, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
