Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and broccoli and stir to coat everything evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

This casserole reheats beautifully and works great for meal prep. You can swap the broccoli for cauliflower or add spinach for extra greens.
