Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and broccoli and stir to coat everything evenly.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
This casserole reheats beautifully and works great for meal prep. You can swap the broccoli for cauliflower or add spinach for extra greens.
