- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Rice
- 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro fresh
- 1 tbsp lime juice

- 1 large avocado diced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
