Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce your favorite brand
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the hot honey mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.

Notes

If you want a extra golden crust, pop the dish under the broiler for 1-2 minutes at the very end. Serve with rice or a fresh green salad!
