Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) unsalted cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups regular white rice (uncooked)
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In the dish, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and uncooked rice. Stir until well mixed.
  • Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  • Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the chicken and rice.
  • Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Do not peek while baking.
  • Bake for 90 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This recipe is perfect for busy nights. Don’t remove the foil while baking, keeping it sealed ensures tender chicken and perfectly cooked rice.
