Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it into small pieces, until fully cooked. Drain excess liquid and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chicken broth.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the cornstarch mixture and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a meal prep option. Adjust sweetness or spice to taste.
