Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
Stir the slurry into the sauce inside the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 10–15 minutes until thickened.
Return the chicken to the slow cooker and coat it in the thickened sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables. For a complete meal, try pairing with garlic baby potatoes or a simple rice dish.
