Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly oil a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
Place the frozen chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread or brush 1 teaspoon of mustard over each chicken breast.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top, pressing gently to help it stick to the mustard.
Bake until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), about 30–40 minutes.
Notes
Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure your chicken is perfectly cooked. For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or paprika to the breadcrumbs.
